Unauthorized Use of Training Content: The materials, strategies, and content provided in this training are proprietary and are for the sole use of the participants in Digital Growth Community (Expect 2 Win LLC). Reproduction, distribution, or utilization of this content for one's personal gain, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission from the trainer is strictly prohibited. Any individual or entity found in violation of this clause may be subject to legal action.

Respectful Interaction: We believe in building each other up. Bullying, harassing, or belittling others in any form will not be tolerated. Be kind, courteous, and constructive in your interactions.

Avoid Gossip: We strive to maintain a positive atmosphere where everyone feels safe to share and collaborate. Gossiping or spreading rumors about other members is strictly prohibited. 

Stay On Topic: Ensure that your discussions and posts are relevant to the community's theme and purpose. Off-topic discussions might be removed to maintain the group's focus.

Report Concerns: If you come across any behavior or content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. We rely on our community members to help uphold these standards.

IMPORTANT - Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, post/comment removal, or expulsion from the community, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. Chargebacks and Service Termination: If a chargeback is initiated against Digital Growth Community for any transaction, your access to the program and any associated services will be immediately revoked. This action is non-reversible, and reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances.

Exceptions for Overcharges: The only exception to our no-refund policy will be in cases of a clear human error resulting in a duplicated payment. If you are inadvertently charged more than once for the same transaction, Digital Growth Community will refund the additional transaction(s) upon notification and verification of the error.

By agreeing to these terms, you fully understand that once you are granted access to the program, you forfeit any right to a refund.

Tech Services: Providing a free website means granting access to the minimum tools required to set up a basic website. This access is designed to offer you the foundational components necessary for website creation at minimal costs.

While the foundational tools to create your website are provided, certain essential elements such as custom domain names, email services, and enhanced security features may incur additional costs. These elements are not included in the free website provision and must be purchased separately to fully operationalize your website.

No "Done-for-You" Services Included:  The free website offer does not include any "done-for-you" services. All aspects of website setup, design, content creation, and maintenance must be managed by you unless you opt to engage additional services offered by Digital Growth Community for a fee. These services, if purchased, are subject to separate terms and agreements.

Responsibility for Third-Party Services: Should you choose to utilize third-party services or products in conjunction with your website—such as third-party plugins, tools, or hosting services—you do so at your own risk. Digital Growth Community is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or functionality of third-party services not formally endorsed or approved by the founders of the program. Any modifications, support issues, or disputes related to third-party services must be directed to the respective service providers.

Indemnification: By using any third-party services in conjunction with the tools provided by us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Growth Community from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of such third-party services.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Accounts: Digital Growth Community is not responsible for the management or closure of any payment processing accounts used in conjunction with our program. Additionally, Digital Growth Community does not assume responsibility for the opening, maintaining, or purchasing of any additional required accounts necessary for promoting our programs or products.
