2. Strict No Refund Policy – All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, lack of implementation, or changes in personal circumstances.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks – If a dispute or chargeback is filed through your payment provider, you will be immediately removed from the program and banned from the community with no opportunity for reinstatement. Legal action may also be taken for fraudulent claims.

7. Misuse & Violation Penalties – Any misuse, unethical practices, or violation of the program guidelines, including but not limited to fraud, misleading marketing, or using the program in ways not intended, will result in immediate removal, legal liability, and forfeiture of any fees paid.

8. No Discounts, Adjustments, or Transfers – All purchases are final at the price listed at the time of checkout. There are no price adjustments, retroactive discounts, or transfers of ownership.

9. One-Time Fee & No Recurring Charges – This is a one-time payment only, and no additional charges will be incurred unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

10. Right to Deny Access – The program creator reserves the right to deny access, terminate participation, or refuse future services to anyone who violates these terms or is deemed disruptive to the community.
